My new baby: Jerry the Pennyboard.

It's been a long time since i wanted a Pennyboard, mostly because of youtubers hanging out with it. And now... tada! My baby is here. He is the cutest Penny ever! I'm seriously in love. It's easier to ride than a normal skate board and it's smaller so when you're tired to cruise you can easily hold it. I started to ride it but as I'm scared and I don't want people to laugh at me in the street (specially true skateboarders), I don't do a lot of cruising but I'm going to try it more often. Anyway, if you want to try skateboarding but you're a little bit scared, my advice is to buy a Penny Board, or a skate of this type. The price is around 120 euros and you can customize your board if you want to.

Life, I.

I was so bored today i decided to have a walk in "Le Marais" which is one of my favorite area in Paris. Little streets full of vintage shops and a lot of good restaurants. I was enjoying my ballad so much that I didn't realize I walked for almost 5 hours. (Please don't do that, except if you enjoy your feet being on fire). It was a very good day, all by myself. I think it is good to be alone sometimes. Today I realized how beautiful my city is. The street art, the new green places, the architecture, the passengers, the lovers, the bridges... everything. Many tourists only go the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysées ect... But there are thousands and thousands other places to see in Paris. Even me who grew up here I discovered a few places I didn't know, recommended by some Yelpers. (if you don't know Yelp it's a great recommendation platform for every kind of things, you HAVE to check it.)
Enough talking, here are some pictures:

+ And what about the food ?

French pastries, cappuccino, melon and I discoverd a tropical fruit jam. Lovely!
This is a nice ice cream from a gelateria named Amorino. I chose Vanilla and Nut. Very very good, almost as good as nuts ice cream from Italy (the best i've ever eaten).

I also tried a cupcake from "Bertie's cupcakes". It's a lovely cupcakery (if this world exist) but the cupcake wasn't amazing. The cream was too sweet for me and the cake was dry. The price didn't worth it at all. But if someone propose one, you can't say no it's too cute.

The "pain au chocolat" from "Pain Quotidien" is a pure delight. Crunchy on top, mellow inside. Le Pain Quotidien is a bakery and also a brunch restaurant with bio products. I'm not especially a "bio" person but I can tell their brunch is amazing. I'll tell you more about it if I go back there.

My discovery of the day: the Blue Keld. It's a zero calories pear flavored sparkling water and it's very good. Good when you want sugar but you already ate too much as i did!
