I BOUGHT MYSELF A DUMMY + ACCESSORIZE & FOOD CRUSH

Hello cookies, it's me again! Yesterday, I went to the pharmacy and i bought a dummy. The pharmacist asked me how much years old were the baby and i answered "6 months". So he gave me this lovely blue "Mommy I love you" pacifier. Hahaha, I imagine is face if he knew it was for me! You probably think I'm weird. I can understand... I mean.. I'm seventeen. The reason I bought this is because I'm a very stressed and nervous person sometimes, I constantly need something to chew to calm down or get my mind out of something. I started to eat chewing-gums, but i ended addicted to that and I had to eat 10 (and more) chewing-gums a day, and it is very unhealthy. Yes it is weird to be addicted to chewing-gum, but it is the same as people who bite their nails, or creak their fingers... So I won't be able to get out with my dummy because everyone in the entire city is going to think I'm weird, and I won't be able to use it either at school because my classmate are going to laugh at me so bad, i don't want to explain my problem a thousand times! but at least I will use it at night and at home, which is okay i guess.

I also bought a lot of hair clips like this with flowers, spots, stripes and some others made of pearls. I've never been a girly person but I have the feeling that the girl essence inside of my is growing up by the time. I'm starting to take care of my skin, my hair; my clothes, to wear jewellery... A bunch of stuffs I didn't do before. I have never been a tomboy, far from that, but I never considered myself in a feminine way even if I always loved wearing dresses. I am even happy to realized how much progress I did in my feminization because I really like this flower and pink stuffs.

And here comes the best part of this article: the food part! I found these delicious biscuits a few months ago, but I feel like it is necessary for the development of your culinary path to know about them. On my way to school there is this shop called "HEMA". It is a dutch shop for daily products with very low prices. Food, body care, make-up, stuffs for the house.. everything! But I mostly go there for food, actually. The best thing I found were these amazingly delicious waffles. It is two biscuits stuffed with a delicious caramel-vanilla-cinnamon-butter cream. It is seriously fantastic. I'm sure you'll love it (if you forget about the calories!!!)
This shop only exists in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, France and Luxembourg but if you leave in another country i'm sure that you can find this type of biscuits anyway!

Travelling: Dubai.

Life lately have been CRAZY. I have so many things to talk about! I am writing all this back home, in Paris. It feels so good to be back home, after three weeks of traveling. So I have been to Dubai for two days (it was a stop over) and it was amazing. The hotel was fantastic, food was magnificent, and our trip to the desert was great.

I didn't even captured all the buffet but it was very very very massive. Every kind of food. Arabic, english, american, french.. Everything. I ate so much, my body complains but my mouth was happy. Now i need to think about a diet! I ate pancakes, muffins, waffles, toasts with salmon, fish slices, a fantastic onion bread, bacon (beef stripes precisely, as it's a muslim country) and some arabic food I don't know the name of. Well... that was a lot!

So as you can see I have been to the desert, which was an amazing experience. Someone came to pick us up from the hotel and there we went! The road trip was thrilling! The driver was so crazy, we were going up and down on the dunes. It was way much better than Space Moutain in Disney Land (or any other roller coaster)! And when we arrived the view was SPLENDID. Seriously, it is one of the most beautiful landscape I have seen in seventeen years of existence. Except the fact that they were a lot of people with us in the tour, i felt like i was the only girl in the world. (hello Rihanna). Anyway, after this the driver took us to a little campus.

It was LOVELY. The little coffee tables, the beautiful carpets and the good food. (again). Everything was included in the trip price so we could eat and drink as much as we can (and don't worry, I did!) It was a typical arabic buffet, divided in a vegetarian and a non-vegetarian part. There were cool things as free henna tattoos, walks on camels or the amazing performance of the belly dancer. I was so jealous of her! I wish I could move like her. She did amaaaazing stuffs with her body, I think it was the best thing of my day actually.

So as you can see it was an amazing journey. I have lot of other articles to post, I hope I'll have the time because I'm getting back to high school next week (senior year, woupwoupwoup) so a lot of things will be going on, but I will tell you more about this soon.

Adios!

Life, I.

I was so bored today i decided to have a walk in "Le Marais" which is one of my favorite area in Paris. Little streets full of vintage shops and a lot of good restaurants. I was enjoying my ballad so much that I didn't realize I walked for almost 5 hours. (Please don't do that, except if you enjoy your feet being on fire). It was a very good day, all by myself. I think it is good to be alone sometimes. Today I realized how beautiful my city is. The street art, the new green places, the architecture, the passengers, the lovers, the bridges... everything. Many tourists only go the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysées ect... But there are thousands and thousands other places to see in Paris. Even me who grew up here I discovered a few places I didn't know, recommended by some Yelpers. (if you don't know Yelp it's a great recommendation platform for every kind of things, you HAVE to check it.)
Enough talking, here are some pictures:

+ And what about the food ?

French pastries, cappuccino, melon and I discoverd a tropical fruit jam. Lovely!
This is a nice ice cream from a gelateria named Amorino. I chose Vanilla and Nut. Very very good, almost as good as nuts ice cream from Italy (the best i've ever eaten).

I also tried a cupcake from "Bertie's cupcakes". It's a lovely cupcakery (if this world exist) but the cupcake wasn't amazing. The cream was too sweet for me and the cake was dry. The price didn't worth it at all. But if someone propose one, you can't say no it's too cute.

The "pain au chocolat" from "Pain Quotidien" is a pure delight. Crunchy on top, mellow inside. Le Pain Quotidien is a bakery and also a brunch restaurant with bio products. I'm not especially a "bio" person but I can tell their brunch is amazing. I'll tell you more about it if I go back there.

My discovery of the day: the Blue Keld. It's a zero calories pear flavored sparkling water and it's very good. Good when you want sugar but you already ate too much as i did!
